BuildingHub was born out of our own need for a better building management solution. As asset owners and property managers, we found ourselves frustrated by what was available in the market: disjointed systems built on expensive and outdated technology with security vulnerabilities.
So, we set out to build our own solution. The building experience for the human experience. And now, we’re making it available to you.

With over a decade of experience acquiring and financing nearly $1B in Commercial Real Estate, Stuart is well versed in the world of property management, operations, and technology. Identifying a need in the market, he set out to create a better solution to connect asset owners, property managers, and tenants.
Zach West
CTO
Growing up in a family real estate business, Zach understands the challenges that asset owners and managers face. Drawing on over decade of experience with the likes of JLL, Google, and PwC, Zach combines his knowledge of real estate and passion for technology to lead BuildingHub’s development team.

SVP of Sales
In joining BuildingHub, Tom brings 20+ years of sales experience with a concentration in Commercial, Hospitality, and Multi-Family Real Estate software. Tom prides himself in providing strategic direction to ensure alignment between product and service offerings and his clients’ needs.
