What the Amenity Hub runs
The Amenity Hub turns the parts of a building that used to be managed by email into things tenants book and pay for themselves: conference rooms, fitness memberships, storage, daily and monthly parking, and the events that make people come in. Bookings and subscriptions are paid through Stripe at the point of booking, so there are no invoices to chase. Parking runs through Amano McGann, with validations and digital credentials for tenants, vendors and visitors.
The same hub handles communication. Announcements go out over SMS and email to the whole building or a single floor, and the virtual concierge lists local deals, events and group activities that give tenants a reason to come in.
How do tenants pay?
By card or on account, with receipts and a history in the tenant app. Monthly items such as parking and storage renew automatically until cancelled. The revenue side is covered in amenity management software.
Does it run the garage?
It runs the commercial side of it: who has a pass, who paid, who validated, and what the garage earned this month. Read parking as a revenue line for the numbers that matter.
Can we reach every tenant at once?
Yes, and you can target by building, floor or tenant company. Every message is logged, so you always know what went out and when. Amenity usage and requests feed the same records the Operations Hub works from.
